Discussion Board Guidance
Welcome to CAHC’s new online Discussion Board – we’re glad you are here! This board is designed to be a place where members of our accredited community can ask questions, get feedback, and share ideas with CAHC and other providers.
The process to use the Discussion Board is easy! Access a list of topics posted on the platform from your portal home page by clicking “Join the conversation on the Discussion Board.” Once you see the list, click the topic title to find the discussion thread and add your own question, comment, or reply. Although the name of your agency is displayed while logged into your portal page, agency names or email addresses will never be shared on the Discussion Board. Any comments posted to the board will only show the first name and initial of the last name for the person listed as the agency contact.
Please note, any comments you post to the discussion will not immediately appear on the board until it is approved by the CAHC office. CAHC’s office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Posts to the Discussion Board will only be moderated during these hours
Since this is an online platform, to ensure a respectful exchange between participants, all posts will be moderated by CAHC staff. While it is not our intent to limit your conversation, we want to be careful that this platform is considerately shared among participants. With that in mind, we ask all participants in this discussion board to abide the following:
- Be mindful and respectful of your language when posting replies or comments in a discussion thread that can be misinterpreted as harmful or derogatory to others.
- Do not post any sensitive or personal information, links to websites or online content. We want to protect our community of providers from any potential security or privacy issues online.
We hope you find this tool useful, and we look forward to the exchange of ideas and questions within our accredited community. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to CAHC with any questions!
